Hi Roland, > etc/aliasdir/.courier-* is the last resort, but the code > never gets executed this far. What are the contents of > your etc/authmodulelist and of the variable authmodulelist > in etc/authdaemonrc, do you have mail1.americasnet.com > listed in etc/locals or anywhere else ?
I did make sure that this is in the locals file: .americasnet.com Also, mail1.americasnet.com is in the hosteddomains file. I have this for the modulelist: authmodulelist="authmysql authcustom authcram authuserdb authpam" > > next steps would be the output of authinfo, and the > response of 'authtest [EMAIL PROTECTED]' or > 'authtest daemon' > Ok, so I definitely have an error: # authtest [EMAIL PROTECTED] Authentication FAILED! # authtest daemon Authentication FAILED! So what am I missing? :-/ authtest does work for other valid addresses. Does etc/aliasdir/.courier-daemon not work...?
