I tried putting "bluemarsh.com" in the '/etc/courier/locals' file
earlier to no avail (same 513 error). Tried it again, and put
"bluemarsh.com" in /etc/courier/esmtpacceptmailfor.dir/locals and still
did not work. I did a hard stop/start on the courier system after making
these changes.

Not sure if this makes a difference or not, but the server is behind a
router/gateway/firewall/DSL-modem device. The server IP address is
192.168.0.3 and the WAN address for the device is bluemarsh.com. This
all worked perfectly well with Postfix, simply setting 'myhostname' to
'nuts.bluemarsh.com' and that was pretty much it.
