Recompile the database with bin/makeacceptmailfor after
any changes.

Only the contents of etc/esmtpacceptmailfor will be consulted,
and 'Relaying Denied' means the domain is not listed there.
Watch out for trailing spaces, the usual suspects...

If the domain is not listed in etc/locals you get 'Unknown User',
but we are not there yet :)
