Anything to watch for with delivery to NFS mounted Maildir's?

I recall a mention once that, because of Maildir naming convention, there would never be a problem with dual servers accessing the same structure. I also recall "noatime" would help performance...

No. A domain is either local, or remote. If it's a local domain, the recipient address is verified, and the mail is delivered to the indicated mailbox. If the domain is a remote domain, the mail is forwarded.
