If you don't have a Trash folder under In -> [AccountName], then either you already have it set (it's set if right clicking on Trash -> [AccountName] produces a menu with "Get new mail in [AccountName]" on it rather than a grayed-out entry for "Get New Mail".). Or you don't have a Trash folder under the account (check the directories under your Maildir on the server). Or, for some reason, you never subscribed to it.
