I tried the "Jason Solution" but it doesn't work for me!
I said that it could be a Courier misconfiguration because I tried to substitute myself to an IMAP client:

Well, this won't work. IMAP commands must be prefixed with a command tag. See the recent "courier-imap mysql connection problem" thread, which mentions this same thing... or better yet, read the IMAP spec in "RFC 3501" for details.
