Very interesting idea.  I have 4 accounts open in Thunderbird EACH with
5 cached connections but courier was set to only allow 5 TOTAL from each
IP.  I've bumped courier way up and we'll see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I'd forgotten all about that setting.
