That setting is for displaying received HTML mail in HTML or text.
Looks like this is a problem -- a footer does not work with
HTML-formatted messages. I'll have to fix it.
Could you check this issue? Is there any way to fix this, like using
some kind of filtering or disabling composing html messages.
