Thank you for information. I searched Lithuanian law database and found that in my country one must include info about enterprise in email only if that message is digitally signed. You can find english version of the law at http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=286377 article 2 par. 6.
