I thought Sam acknowledged this and promised to do so in the future? So this 
will be fixed soon.

The instant fix would be to put a second source file, including only the 
missing files from CVS, into the build process. I don't have the time right 
now and (for whatever reason) I cannot reproduce the bug at all currently.

But if you want, please attach this suggestion to the bugreport, so I don't 
forget it.
