There is no BOFHMIME setting.  It's mentioned once in the courier 
documentation, but it's a typo.  Note that it appears in the section 
discussing a specific value for BOFHBADMIME.

There is no setting that influences this.  If you're using Courier 
0.57.1 or newer, then it's safe to rewrite message bodies.  If you're 
using any older release, then it's not.
