I can explain: because received messages (at least in our case) are often 
just a mass-mail such as press releases and so on. It's useful for its 
authors to know that certain recipient is out of office, but totally 
unacceptable to receive tons of autoreplies with their own text. Worst in 
such autoreplies is that huge text before autoreply itself hides it from 
recipient. 

This problem prevents me from upgrading to version 0.65 - I've tried it and 
got so many complaints from users that I had to reinstall 0.63. We _really_ 
need command line switch for mailbot which suppress quoting. Moreover, it 
_should be default_ in Sqwebmail's mailbot command line as before. 

By the way, I think it would be useful to add to Sqwebmail autoreply 
section controls for new quoting features of mailbot.
