This is a quick status report on the REUSE/SPDX updates to various SRFIs,
almost all of which were pull requests from Maxim.  I merged, made slight
edits to, and pushed SPDX updates to these SRFIs today:

Most of the remaining SRFIs haven't been updated.

Maxim started his work in early December.  I apologize that it took me so
long to start these reviews.  This is going to be a long project, but it's
worth doing.  Thanks very much to Maxim.
