So I have been chatting with people in the area regarding the start of
coworking and each person says "That already exists here." Then when
I continue the discussion, I find that it is really virtual office
space so people can have their own office on a short term basis and
the community aspect is missing. When I explain, most people still
don't seem to get it. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to
explain or differentiation methods?

Also, have any of you had to compete (so to speak) against Virtual
Office Space?
