Hi Trevor, Our space is located in downtown Buenos Aires and we heard both good and bad comments regarding our location. For some people is a very nice thing that the space has easy public transportation (buses, subways, etc) but for some others that is not a good thing in terms of parking and having to travel far distances to get there (1 hour commute during rush hour).
I think the location depends on several variables but the most important one is related to the city's transportation system. Other variables I can think of considering is the neighborhood: is it safe? is it nice? is it developed (regarding restaurants, coffee shops, bars, movie theatres, etc..)? some people might look for these kind of places after working to relax. Anyway, that's what I think.
