Trevor,
I have colleagues running shared offices in Mississauga, so I believe
you have a community that already understands the general concept.

Although you're trying to accomplish the antithesis of this concept
(more of a community, not people holed up in offices) Chris and
Patrick have made excellent comments about going where your
prospective members are gathered.

I'm test-driving the concept in Chicago, but the location is not
intended to be right downtown. Rather, we're looking toward a) where
does our audience live b) access to public transit c) are there
enough of our audience who would like to be in our space? The likely
spots are about 3 miles or more from the downtown. Close enough so
it's 15 minutes to get in on a train but far enough for ease of
parking, driving and just being able to take a walk to get lunch.

Best of luck - I love the Toronto metro area!
Wendy
