Hi Mike,
What is your total sq. footage in your current space?  It's looks
similar to the one I'm pursuing.  Mine will have different nooks where
multiple people sit but you can't necessarily see the people in a
different nook when you're in one (hard to explain).  There are no
doors except the conference room.
