I was looking for a solution a couple of weeks ago to videochat with more than 6 people and found http://www.tokbox.com/ (Group video conferencing. Connect face to face with 2 to 200 people.No fuss. No download.) You can unse it with your facebook friends if you want to.
Haven“t really tried it yet with more than 2 persons. that worked okay.
