+1 everything Angel said, your members know the right answer!

That said, a MANSION always sounds awesome.

I'd go one step further and try to do an open house in both spots. See how
many people actually show up to the open house, whether they encounter
transit issues, if they get a good cell phone signal, and, of course, what
they think of the space!
