We have members that so far have had unlimited access to meeting space for both
day use (meetings, clinics, etc) and after-hours classes and clinics. Sometimes
these rooms are booked for 4 hours or more. With the growing membership,
meeting space is limited as well there is a slight extra effort required to
prep a room for a class, worskhops, etc. Non-memebrs pay hourly or a day rate,
but should we have an hourly limit for members per week or month on meeting
room use or just charge a member rate for meeting space use when it's an
extended period of use?

Thanks!
