We are looking at office space in Riverside California and I have a couple questions I was hoping you guys could help.
One of the spaces we really like is about 2000 sq ft. with a great layout however it only has 1 restroom. Is one restroom sufficient for a coworking space? Reading the New York Times post on coworking I noticed that one of the spaces was partially subsidized by the city does anyone else have a lease that is subsidized? Is this a good option?
