We have one restroom in our 3000 sq foot space, and it's doable, but not always enjoyable. I wish I had a second bathroom, but it's not at the very top of the list. If I had the choice between a phone room and a second restroom, I'd probably choose the phone room.
Make sure it has a fan and bathroom spray and wipe it down regularly because not everyone aims well...you'd think they'd know how after 25 years but some people just can't be taught...
