Jonathan: For our 2600 SF DurangoSpace facility we have one restroom. That is adequate, but for larger meetings (we can seat up to 25 in our main workroom, if it is morphed into a conference room), one restroom gets dicey. So we pre-clean, during the meeting clean and post-clean.
On several occasions, we'd have plumbing back ups (always when lots of folks at DurangoSpace). So have a back up next door or across te street!
