Hi all, I'm a newbie around here, but am heavily invested in the researching/planning stages for a coworking space in Norman, OK. I was just curious about how your membership tends to break down? I mean, what percentage are drop-ins, light members, dedicated desks, private offices? I am trying to allocate space as well as anticipating what the space income could be.
Any help would be appreciated. I tried to search the forum, but couldn't find any related information. Thanks.
