We recently had a large studio space open in Denver called Converge that focuses on physical artist first. They do have 1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. of hot desking and permanent desk space to serve members with post work or for more computer focused individuals. John, the owner, said he was inspired by 3rd Ward in NYC and Philly.
