At The Workbench in Sydney, we use 'partner'. We wanted to avoid the startupesque connotations of 'founder', and we thought it was more collegial and friendly. We don't own the community and having started the space has less bearing than continuing to be involved in it so we felt that partnering best summed up what we do.
