Do you have another link to this by any chance? A partner and I are taking our first baby steps into opening a coworking space. We're sitting at our first Meetup/Facebook/website jelly/pop-up event and nobody has arrived yet despite a bunch of confirmations, so this is very relevant to us as we sit here right now ;)
