Be careful with the latest updates to Chromecast.  It's not really designed 
to be used on a public network anyway (anyone on the same SSID can cast to 
one at any time, which at the fun end means getting rickrolled from time to 
time, but also can lead to angry room bookers!).  

And now, for reasons known only to themselves, Google have updated the 
mobile app so that if ANYONE is using a Chromecast on the network, EVERYONE 
with the app installed gets a notification pop up, and can control the 
cast. Only way around it is at the client end (as in each of your members 
mobile devices!)

Make sure you have some kind of network setup to avoid this happening!
