An "unabridged" version of any of the discussion outcomes isn't really something digestable as a standalone document anyway. So having them as-is on CPAN seems counterproductive to me. Nevertheless if this is desrable - ::Org::Toolchain::Minutes::(Lancaster|Berlin|Whathaveyou...)
