Another baseless imputation of motive. How you could get that out of everything I've written here is absolutely incomprehensible. If I remember, one of the main things that really infuriated you was that I committed the cardinal sin of being unimpressed with some articles I read, and had the temerity to ask if anybody could point me to some of Friedman's best work. Vogt gave me some references and I looked them up and got something out of it. On the other hand, all you did was blow up and focus on personal attacks.
