Please add to the list US interference in the Congo, I recently read an
article that accuse Eisenhower of ordering the elimination of Lumumba. Mobutu
was "our boy," look at the predicament of the Congo. In Panama, Torrijos died
when his helicopter, flown by a substitute for his regular pilot, crashed and
"our boy," Noriega, took over. Link this to Oliver North, the Nicaraguan
Contras and the present so-called "drug-war" in Colombia. Yes, I know! The
list could go on and on... Just mentioned these two because of their effect
on me.
