Electoral corruption in Florida is one thing. Using it (and many other instances of
elctoral fraud and malfeasance, enough together to use the word 'conspiracy' even
without reflecting on the massive abuse of popular sovereignty constituted by the
electecion-related huge advertising spend of US corporate capital, of media
partiality etc) to take presidential power when you have lost an election is
another. If this was not a constitutional coup d'etat then what was it? Bush lost
the election, but he is president!
