Specifying shop inventories via vault definitions are currently on my
todo list. I just haven't had the time to get around to doing it.
However, I will do it sometime this week or sometime over the weekend.

Things that will be customisable:

* "actual" inventory ("robe ego:resistance", for instance); this will
be defined as monsters are defined.
* number of items in the shop
* "template" item to use; this should be an "any" with a modifier.
("any wand" = wand shop)
* shop keeper name
* shop type description

The latter two should be customisable to massive extents. Hopefully!
