I have had an intermittent problem with the seatbelt on my CRX for the past few months. I have a '90, and occasionally the warning light for the seatbelts will stay on after the belts are fastened. The light will flash and that annoying beeping spews from the small overhead warning 'station'. It may do this for a few days, then stop for a month or so, and then act up for another few days or so.
Has anyone ran into this before? Is the seatbelt 'module' the culprit that the factory manual talks about? Is this also related to the seatbelts not retracting?
