I've had the same problem in the past with my 91 CRX. I don't know what causes it but it does that very annoying beeping noise every couple of months. For awhile, it was doing it every couple of weeks and then it stopped for a long time and started up again a couple months later. It only does it for a little while but even turning off the car and then turning it back on again does not seem to help. I'm not much help because I have no idea why it starts or stops because I do nothing different. I think it's just moody.
