Years ago, I got a rearview mirror from the junk yard that has the map lights on it.  It attaches to the windshield, like most rearview mirrors.  I used the wires inside the stock mirror cover to power the new mirror.  And, a little wire loom covered the wires up into the mirror cover.   on a related subject, now that I have a 91 I want to convert the seatbelt lights to map lights. Is there a writeup of the procedure anywhere out there?
