That description sounds a little outdated as well. I was looking
forward to PGO in the professional edition, but it appears from the
product comparison on Microsoft's site that profiling is only available
on the full blown Team Studio version.
From playing with the Express Edition a little bit, one thing that's a
rather glaring omission is the Resource Editor. It's not included in
the express edition. You can design forms (possibly requiring a .NET
application?) of some sort, but they're not resource based, and it
doesn't appear that you can edit resources from previous versions.
