Do you mean CS can't support the material settings which aren't image files? 
Or do you mean blender2crystal can't export those material which aren't image 
files while CS can support? 

And is that feasible that we generate the shaders base on those non-image-file 
settings?

I'm afraid this is currently not possible. CS can do many kinds of
materials using shaders it but there is no way to convert it
automatically at this moment.
