It is a really good job. The layout looks really great, it is simple and
nice, and looks very professional. I like the logos too, it's a nice
improvement of the previous one, and it is great to have unified CS, CEL
and CELStart. Having a web site with a graphical layout of this quality
is an important step for CS. Again: nice job!

One problem I see is about the menus. I think that having more than one
menu is confusing: once a new user finds a menu, he will most often
stick to it and will not suspect that there may be other menus. Also,
when you search for an information, you will have to scan both menus,
which is not really usable. I would prefer having only one menu on the
side.

Removing the top menu may however open the feeling of an emptiness in
the top banner. Maybe it can be replaced by some image or text to not
give the feeling of a wasted space.

Still with the menu, I think that having it on the right side of the
screen may be problematic for exotic browsers or screen resolutions
(like for PDA's), and it may force the user to scroll the screen before
getting to the menu, which is a real pain. My personal opinion about
positioning web menus is that the best place is always on the left side.

Something that may be very great is having icon templates in InkScape so
that it is possible to generate easily new logos for the trac, the
forums, the new releases, etc. Also, we may need to have a squared icon
to be displayed eg by the graphical environment of the operating system
(the small icon which appears next to a running application in your OS
toolbar).
