I found the problem here. The Path is set right, but the $PATH just gives an
error because it interprets the whole thing as one directory.
Still having troubles setting up an external project.

I'm trying to set my PATH variable.
I did
PATH=/c/cs/include
it said:
/c/cs/include: is a directory
I did
PATH=/C/CrystalSpaceLibs/dlls/mingw
it said:
/C/CrystalSpaceLibs/dlls/mingw: is adirectory
But when I did:
PATH=/C/CrystalSpaceLibs/dlls/mingw:/c/cs/include
It said:
/C/CrystalSpaceLibs/dlls/mingw:/C/cs/include:No such file or directory
Did I do something wrong with my separator ':'?
