Well the classic competitive game mode is not time based. The map should
change after a certain amount of rounds are completed, either when one team
gets 16 round wins, or both teams tie at 15-15 wins. On the public server I
have setup, the game *will* successfully end when one team wins, but the
map will not change. It simply shows the endgame scoreboard and then
reloads the same map.
