Yup but with competitive mode you cant have more than 10 players. Valve are
there plans to disable no clip for casual as well or is that going to stay?
Still looking for the freezecam answer.

Freezecam I don't know but semiclip for teammates is only in casual mode,
enable competitive mode for that to go.
