Absurd, make sure you have "bot_quota_mode" "fill"
Mitch, oh, then forget what I said - LoL :) I just figured since some of those CVars are in the gamemodes.txt, any alteration to them should be in gamemodes_server.txt... and rcon_password (along with a couple of others) should be in autoexec.cfg, right?
