Yes. they are. They are issued up via official matchmaking (like another couple of providers). They also show as official in net_graph.

They're just saying that to get traffic. This time an issue with "Pinion White Label". This provider seems to be running an "all maps" map group (or at least the wrong map group) for their demolition and arms race servers. Every time I go through official matchmaking for these game modes I end up on their UK or EU servers on god damn inferno, nuke, office. every time. Now I realise some people will approve of this customisation, but as an "official" server providing an expected vanilla experience, this is poor. Selecting the desired map group in the matchmaking "find a game" screen is thus rendered meaningless. I previously highlighted one provider operating faulty servers (which was rectified, thanks), now we have another customising or unable to configure theirs. This adds fuel to the fire on questioning why some providers are being allowed to operate "official" servers when they are effectively the same as our community ones (tweaks, flaws and all). And particularly why as a result we have to have a 2-tier matchmaking system, one of which likely never gets used as much and allows no control over what game type you will land on. Can someone at Pinion (if on this list) rectify, or Valve get on the case with monitoring your providers more closely?
