Thanks for the helpful tip absurd and The H4x0r. On a side note with installing 
sourcemod, I have done everything as said in the installation docs for metamod 
and sourcemod, im using the dev builds for csgo but when i type meta version in 
console, it just keeps saying unknown command meta. Is there something 
different to be done for csgo? I am also putting the csgo vdf in the addons

The cvars are sv_maxupdaterate and sv_maxcmdrate if my memory is not failing 
me.
