This discussion seems to have lost all of it's people who actually review information that's posted, and then create a well rounded rebuttle to why tickrate should be limited. Right now it's players who think they're able to feel the servers tickrate in their mouse, or see it on their monitors. I might as well go argue this on the SPUF.
