The issue comes into play when a user is not subscribed to a map. They download it from the server, the creator updates it thus updating the server, and the client is forced to delete the map locally. This also causes the missing map error to occur after and the download works sometimes while not others.
Definitely need something improved on this or I see no reason to use the workshop as it generates a hassle for all that play when maps are updated (isn't that the whole point of the workshop, easier updating of maps and dissemination?)
