Is it just you or have many people failed to join? Could be that you
have some map on a collection that is failing somehow and it's causing
whole server not to accept any connections
Also aside to this, downloading a map that you subsctibe on a workshop
works very fast but downloading a map that server uses from a workshop
takes ages. Could there be a way to get that map from the server itself
if it hosts the same workshop map instead? I mean, does client downloads
get throttled or something since the servers seem to get those map a lot
faster from workshop?
