Just run the server at 64 tickrate and set sv_clockcorrection_msecs to 15. The 
difference between 128 tick sv_clockcorrection_msecs 30 and 64 tick 
sv_clockcorrection_msecs 15 is non-existant when it comes to hit detection. I 
also recommend forcing sv_client_max_interp_ratio to 1 (sm_cvar 
sv_client_max_interp_ratio 1).
