Like I said, I can't remember the exact cvars but I bet your CS:Go servers tic rate isn't locked at 128. I bet it fluctuates quite a bit. With the proper cvar settings it tells the server not to sleep ever between tics and the ticrate is locked at 128. Meaning no more rubberbanding on client side and increased reliability of accuracy.
